Admission Procedures
Kindergarten
Students who have had no prior education or have been learning in other schools or home school are free to be accepted.
Since these placements are highly competitive, parents should register their children on time at the nearest campuses.
Grade 1-12
Students who have successfully completed the prior grade and perform well on the entrance exams are registered in the appropriate grade.
Since these placements are highly competitive, parents should register their children on time at the nearest campuses as early as possible.
Note: Grade 9 students are admitted based on their grade 8 completion regional exam result and entrance exam results.
Registration Items
In order to be registered, the following items must be provided:
A) A copy of the birth certificate and vaccination record. (Only for KG)
B) A copy of the previous year’s grade reports.
C) A completed registration form.
D) Two recent, colored, student’s passport size and one parent’s photographs.
Transfer
Priority is given to attending to students to transfer campus to campus. Parents are required to give a written transfer notice to the academy office which the student is attending. The office will forward the transfer to the requested campus and inform parents when space is available.
